I happened to notice that we have three different copyright tags for Heathers. There's Heathers (1989) which I believe is for the original film, Heathers The Musical, and then just Heathers which has the most posts. Would it make sense to keep to the overall heathers tag and imply the other copytags to it? Or would it be betterbto just merge them all together?

I think there's a distinction to be had, as the musical was very popular in fandom spaces and the songs, poster, specific costumes can be referenced. Implication is better.
I'd argue we just need a Heathers tag and a tag for the musical though. You could get content for the movie by excluding the musical. There's not enough posts to justify having both, IMO, when the musical is an adaptation of the film.

As discussed above, merging the film specific tag into the overall heathers tag and creating an implication for the musical.

On a related note, it looks like the name of one of the heathers is misspelled. It should be McNamara, that's the spelling used on wikipedia, the Heathers wiki, and the casting list from the musical's website.
