Given how Misuzu's generally written as exceptionally compassionate to her prisoners, to the point where most of her subordinates see her as too soft, I feel like she'd be even more horrified at all the abuse the prisoners in that movie face. Warden Norton is basically the exact antithesis of Misuzu.
